TOPS might work. I can understand people wanting a fixed blade for a change. But for me personally that'd be out of the question. If I want a fixed blade I'll make myself one.
I know that the 2011 A.G. Russell texas ranger is going to be a full on crossover. A.G. even laid claim to a crossover term on bladeforums for it. Tratacical...(I think) or Tactitional....or something like that. He called it a Toothpick Subhilt Barong. No word on when that'd coming out yet though. Maybe he'd consider doing another knife for this kind group of people?
If going for a full on tactical type knife I'd probably try to get into contact with someone from Spyderco and see if they'd do a sprint run of something special.
Permalink Reply by Alexander Noot on July 21, 2011 at 1:25 I'm affraid there's not much to read about yet. Mr. Russell mentioned it once in passing on Bladeforums. Other than that you're not going to find a lot of info on it on the web.
From what I've seen mr. Russell had last years knife produced in a special run for iKC.
