Got a particular toenail you are looking for?

One of the benefits us our group is we can be on the lookout for each other. We are all from different parts of the country and there is no telling what will show up at any given time....like the Case Brothers that came out of an estate in MI last week.

So, we tend to have slightly different approaches to our toenail collection and may run across one a member here might be looking for. Is there a particular toenail you want or need?

I`m always looking for old toes,mostly pre 1940 or so.All brands,but especially odd tang stamped ones.There are alot of hardware brands that you have in your list,and others I have and I`m sure there are many unknown to us( Scott and myself),I learn of a different brand every so often,and it just keeps my interest going.Scott posted a picture of a Griffon a few weeks ago.That was a new one to me,and I know there`s more out there.So if anyone has an old one........

I have a particular fondness for the "name brands" of the day- way back when.
Case Bros., Catt, W R, Napanoch, Platts, Pine Knot, NYKC, Robeson, Union Razor, Clay, LV Knife Asso...you get the pic.

Like most etched toes, all pearls, stag, winterbottom, ebony handled ones too.

Looking for Fight'n Roosters Sunfish from a Set #05 from 1995

I've got 4 of the set , I think there were 7 made in each set!

I'm watching e-bay daily for them, so I need the other 3
