Queen #69 Jack - Honey Amber Stag Bone - D2 Tool Steel

This is the first Queen knife that I've bought in about 27 years. I always knew Queen could make a top quality knife from the contract knives they made and a couple of their first Schatt and Morgans I had.

I have to say this new Queen DOES NOT disappoint me in any way! It is one fine knife, and I'd put it up against anything coming out of a factory today, and it will win or at least tie!

The Honey Amber Stag Bone strikes me as trying to look like stag. In fact I think it looks about as good as stag! I love it!

* Fit and finish - as good as it gets for a factory knife!

* Walk and talk - perfect!

* Stay and play - almost perfect - main blade has the tiniest play that's really hard to notice

* Sharpness out of the box - Not razor sharp, but pretty sharp

* How does it make me feel? It makes me want to get more Queen knives....and I will!

Looks like a great knife Craig. I like the look of that. I have bought Queen in the past and hope to in the future as well.

This one really impresses me! I KNOW I will get more in the future!

Craig, seeing the photos you posted of this beautiful knife the other night put me on the hunt for Queen knives. And, while I didn't get this particular knife, I did land myself a very nice NIB 2005 Schatt & Morgan Teardrop Harness Jack. It should be in my possession by the end of the week. So, I 'spose I have you to either thank or blame for my newest knife and my very first S&M by Queen? Thanks, mate!

Oh! And I forgot to add that these are really great pics of your knife, btw!

Kudos on scoring such a beauty of a knife!

Thanks Ron!!

I'll be anxious to see your new S&M!

And hey, if you can be an enabler, I can be an enabler! LOL!

Well, here are a couple of pics of it, since you're anxious to see it...

These were the sellers pics. I'll be taking my own pics just as soon as it gets here. It's coming down from Canada so it will probably be later in the week. And it's all your fault, too! But, to be honest with you, I had been on the lookout for this particular knife for a while. I'm really glad I got it for a very good price. I'll let you know just as soon as it arrives!

Cheers, my friend!

That looks great! I like Harness Knives....though I've never bought one. I really like the jigging on that!  You got a good one!
