I dont know if this counts but... what is going on with youtube and google and the possibility that people like us are going to get phased out.
I have heard alot of rumors and have noticed some slight changes, but is this the begining of the end of youtube as we know it?

I'd be very surprised if anything major happened. Google paid $1.65 billion for YT and doubt it is going to disturb its highly successful social network. If it isn't already, it will put more ads on it. It is a cash cow for them.

In fact, I noticed a Visa ad popping up in front of the videos a few times in the last few days. My guess it Google is just going to continue to monetize it.

I heard that they are going to shove our vids into the corner of the site and mainly do tvshows with ads which I have seen a few.

I had another Idea too. We could do some sort of colaberation to promote this site, where everybody can be a part of one vid and then everyone posts it on their page and that would really promote this site and also would be fun. I dont know juwst a thought

I saw one once where someone had a box and they looked at it and some shook it and then threw it to thier left and then the next scene they showed someone else catching a box being thrown at them from thier right and so on and so forth.
kind of like they were all sitting in a row and passed a box down the row.
maybe something similar. where we all have something that says iKnifecollector.com on it and it gets passed around and the end person could be you and you open the box and, Idont know maybe say a little something about this site.

That's a really cool idea.
How could we do that....is there a "thing" in YT that allows moves to be stitched together or edited by multiple people?

well we could all shoot our vids and then put them on a disc and find one of our members that knows how to do the editing and send our discs to that person. Thats the only way I can think of. I dont think YT has a way to do it. I will check though and get back to you.

I can do the editing. Mac's make it easy..
