My sony camera makes a 3min MPEG movie with mono sound. Any free editor tof this, so I can do standard simple editing, new soundtrack, etc? Freebie. PC. Simple, for old guys.

I dont know much about editing. I just bought editing software but I havent figured it out yet.
I think that Scott knows how to do some editing, check with him.

They did a good job, didn't they. It was extremely difficult to determine the winners. The styles were different and that made it hard.

Freeware vid editor for the PC, Mac & Linux — is there any? I sure need to find and master it, because my idea for my first vid involves some close up and some distance shots, and I want to have a music background with my voice coming in to explain stuff. Maybe you can help all us newbies??
