So for those of you who are unaware. Cell phone use while driving in Canada is illegal and will garnish you a stiff fine. The other day while at work i saw a woman with a coffee in one hand (which was holding the steering wheel) putting lipstick on in the mirror with the other. Another gentleman had two dogs scampering about the front seats looking for the best view of the road (that i thought should have been his job).
