I enjoy the history of the cutlery industry. As a result, I've a few stampings ya just don't see everyday.

Finding/researching the varied stampings has been an enjoyable journey into the history of the cutlery industry.

Along the way, I've been exposed to a wide variety of design approaches.

Which generated an interest in the different approaches to locking a folder in place.

From there ... the varied design approaches of an automatic.

Current ... been making some of my own. A few auto kits .. a straight blade or two .. using other's steel and building from there .. even did a hatchet recently.
