- Favorite Kind of Knives
- Case Seahorse Whittlers, hands down! But not far behind are other unique designs I have a modest collection of, including Elephant Toenails, Canoes and Doctor's knives. I tend to like the simpler, cleaner-looking knives with 3 or fewer blades. But come to think of it, I'm pretty much a fan of any and all pocket knives!
- About Me
- I've been collecting knives for about three years and have a passion for the Whittler, specifically the Case 55WH "Seahorse" model. I started out being a generalist, but have reigned in my passion to collecting the Seahorse (no pun intended!) thanks in large part to Rod Neep, a British collector of Case Seahorses. His former website gave me tremendous insight into collecting the Seahorse model. Thanks for the inspiration, Rod!
But there is a quality about the look of the Seahorse that gives it that certain "something". It must be that tough Wharncliffe blade, I guess!
