- All slipjoints. Schrade (pre 2004), Canal Street Cutlery, and Great Eastern amomg my favorites.

- I'm a carpenter and a short order cook. Keep bouncing back and forth between the two, but now I'm looking for a restaurant, so I guess the pendelum's swinging towards cook again.
