Hallo knife manufacturers and knife collectors. Many of you know that many knives are manufactured in Asia countries, like China, we all have seen inscription on blades Made in China. Usually these knives are cheap, because workforce and materials are cheap!

h.d said… thanks ivars ....i believe that either a beginner or someone whos been making blades for years can learn and benifit from each other ,everyones different and everyone has different ways of doing things.. sometimes lack of equipment forces you to be creative and learn alternate methods...thanks for having me my friend .

Linda Thompson said… Hi Ivars! I haven't actually whittled much since I was a kid. Back then I liked to make animals. But some time ago my son started whittling and when I tried to teach him I remembered how fun it was, so I thought I'd give it a try again. It's a great thing to do while watching TV in the evenings when the kids have gone to bed.
