- My favorites are carbon steel fixed blade hunters and bowies. I also like to find carbon steel butcher knives. They take me back to a time when a man carried a knife like that for his EDC.

- My wife and I moved to Tennessee in 2007 to get out of the rat race and start living "the simple life". It takes quite a bit more working for yourself to make it happen. I am in the process of trying to form a knife club in the Wayne county area. If anyone is interested please contact me via email.

- My main interest is making knives, both forging and stock removal methods. Along with that comes making the tools to make my knives. I also enjoy spending time in the garden.
