Clint, (great name by the way. (One of my idols when I was growing up, movie actor same name!)
The Ulster BS knives were around for a long time as were Camillus. Both were making BS knives about the same time.
Is the can opener a modern style or the older almost pitch fork style?
I have a few of the older Ulster flyers on my web site.

Oh lol then you aren't an entrant Barkie, you're well on your way to being an expert on his knives :)
I swear by my Bravo 2 that it can withstand probably anything. No redneck type thing of jumping from roofs with the knife to bury it in a carhood or whatever is a situation where I can see it break, it's dang unbreakable lol.
I know a guy with some experience of BR knives but with a supply of really sweet scales (if you ever grow a need for something more decorative than what is on from the factory).
You have to tell my your first experiences of the Gunny, I read about it when it was in production and small low-profile knives are always useful, especially when it's BR making it, for some reason he always manages to fit what feels like a big blade on small knives.
