I like a firm pull just fine, but didn't want a nail buster, so I have my fingers crossed on this one.

I had been debating between the linerlock and slippie versions, and ultimately decided on the slippie.

Generally, I was just interested in your thoughts on this knife.

Hey brother How have ya been? I wanted to invite yo to check out the WIP or Work In Progress Thread I am doing.. We are Forging a Meteorite into a damascus bar, Then making it into a awesome knife! Thought you might like to see the progress. :) I started a BLOG.. but dont like the way it goes backwards from oldest post to newest post.. Will make it hard to follow a WIP. So Im going back to the drawing board and gona try something else like a discussion in the meteorite group.

I surley wish it was legit. I have a significant collection of Case knives (none with blade stamping this old) and all of the research I have done I have not seen this specific pattern style in the Case lineup. If I can remember I will consult Jim Sargents opinion at our knife club show in August.
