I have found that if you like it, it has value to you or else you wouldn't have got it. I have some that I paid a premium for and some that I paid very little for. The cost has very little to do with how much I like a knife. I do have to admit that most of the expensive ones are usually better built, but I like some of my less expensive ones just as much.
