  Just stopped by to thank you for the kind comments you left for me and stayed to watch the picture show.  I like Spydercos also, in fact my edc is a Native S30V.  Your photos of the orange Paramilitary 2 are excellent, I need to study them a while to figure out what attracts me to them.  I think you have a gift of arranging the elements in the photo to enhance the knife without distracting from it.  Keep up the good work!

Hi Ron...Thanks for the gracious comments on my knives. All of the classics on which you commented, I purchased directly from Jim Parker several years ago.. Most of these are prototypes which may answer why multiple pen blades are used. The handle materials also influenced my purchase decision. As to the photos, yes I do these with a digital camera set for close up.. I use a white background with the knife tilted slightly forward and use a sheet of typing paper to reflect light back on the knife. A few pix posted with colored background, I do with photo software. I create the background then cut & paste the knife on to it.

Saw your comments on my work. Thanks. In answer to your question some knives take between three to five hours, depending on how far I go with them. Many knives nowadays I file both sides of the spring, kicks and liners. As with all things you do learn litle things that make things go faster. my prices run 35 to 75 which makes my work very marketable. I am always busy, but give a lot of knives away to friends and family. have met so many nice people in the knifething, very rewarding. THANKS AGAIN  TOM
