Yes mam, we eat left over broiled fish like that. Another way we eat left over fish is after a fish fry, we crumble up the fish and make it the way you would make "tuna fish salad" . My old paw paw said if the lord wanted a Cajun to eat Tuna Fish, "he'd put em in the bayou"....lol
Robert,
Ever had a black and blue? Blacken your fish, lettuce, tomato and a touch of crumbled blue cheese on a bun.
Well, when I get a chance, I'll give ya'll the reciepe. Alot of different fish, crabs and shirmp can be cooked this way.
Comment by Ron Cooper yesterday that was a good one, robert!
i've had catfish cooked 7 ways from sunday but i ain't never had a catfish burger. sounds yummy!
Well, Mac Donalds might be in trouble if the reciepe got out...lol
Comment by Billy Oneale yesterday Catfish burgers, for supper tonight. The girls love em....oh...Paw paw too...lol
Sorry Miss Jan, I don't want to offend anyone, the teeth must be kept for handles only..lol I can send you the reciepe only by special, secure mail.
Back to salad and fruit for us. No recipe Robert, but can I have the teeth LOL
Comment by J.J. Smith III on Tuesday That's different enough alright. We're having leftover ribs and corn on the cob, from yesterday.
