You mean that you like the overall shape of this knife but without the gut hook, the straight back infect.

im sure the thick ness is fine i just dont need the carved out portion of the knife !

no i think in would like it without the hook carved into the spin! i would rather have the spine of the knife without the work on the back of the blade.

This knife is a full tang piece, and the thikness of my billets is more than other manufacturers over here.I think you showed your concern about the thickness from spine.

this is the type of knife i like !but with a solid spine
