frost cultry T handle knife vietnam era

I FOUND THIS KNIFE IN A JUNK SHOP LAST WEEK. IT IS 6 3\4 INCHES LONG. IT ONLY HAS TWO POSITIONS OPEN STRAIGHT OR THE t HANDLE POSITION. IT WAS CARRIED IN VIETNAM IN THE 1960'S. IT HAS THE TANTO BLADE AND WILL GO THROUGH BODY ARMOR VESTS.. CAN NOT LOCATE IT IN ANY KNIFE BOOK I'VE SEEN. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANTTHJIG ABOUT IT. IT HAS BONE HANDLES AND LOOKS LIKE SILVER INLAY.

frost cultry T handle knife

i found an unusal knife in a local junk shop last week. it only has two positions straight ot t handle shape so it fits between you fingers and the handle is is like the top of a t. it was carried in vietnam in the 1960's. bone handle and silver inlay. it is marked frost cultry and surgical strrl. the has the tanto shape. overall length is 6 3\4 inches.looked in several knife books and can not find it. need help to identify it.
