I suspect ..'n hope.. the backpacking, camping, & hanging out with kids occur simultaneously ..at least.. to some degree.
I have discovered .. it is the time I spent with my children that elicit the fondest & most vivid of memories .. in them.
..as opposed to..
any material schtuff they received.
